Need Help Saving Money on Food?

Published 7 months ago • 1 min read

I don't know about you, but even though egg prices have taken a chill pill, I haven't seen the high prices of other things relax at the grocery store.

Sticker Shock seems to be the plague of the year.

I'm thankful, though, that I've been through seasons of inflation and recession and know what to do.

YOU CAN SAVE MONEY, even when things seem so freaking expensive.

What you do in the kitchen and the grocery store can change your everyday life:

  • Savvy meal planning and grocery shopping save you money.
  • Delicious meals make the days more enjoyable.
  • Cooking it yourself means you're not at the whims of restauranteurs and grocery store CEOs

You can save money and still eat really good meals!

Sometimes, though, you need a little help making it all happen.

I'm here for ya.

When I was pregnant with my sixth baby (almost 16 years ago!) we hit the bottom: unemployment, no savings, loads of debt. I realized I needed to change if we were ever to turn things around.

Together we got serious about how we spent our money. We cut up the credit cards and focused on necessities. We ate the pantry down to the bones.

Then I rebuilt my kitchen and my cooking habits, using smarter strategies, albeit lessons I learned the hard way.

I did it alone, and it was rough! Learning and making mistakes was my daily vibe.

That's why I developed the Good Cheap Eats Club.

So it doesn't have to be so hard for YOU.

When you join the Good Cheap Eats Club, you'll learn tips and tricks to help you spend less on groceries, save time, and enjoy great food.
